As Charles Darwin said, “A man who dares to waste one hour has not discovered the value of life.”

The primary sense of responsibility you get as a child was by holding a watch. When your father or mother gave you your first wristwatch as a birthday or maybe Christmas gift, it started nudging you to do stuff like waking up, homework, walking back to the classroom, or being on the bus stand on time.

This was your first relationship with time, and as the responsibilities grew, you started to value it even more.

When you become good friends with time, things around you start to settle down. You can feel and see the orderly movement while wearing a watch. Each number becomes a visual landmark as the hourly hand confidently strutted past each number as you go about your day.

As you get older, you come to understand those numbers more.

You will find many proverbs describing the value of time and encouraging you to utilize your time optimally. The only thing that doesn’t wait for you is time; it keeps ticking and elapsing.

How does it feel that you can store everything for your future, but not time?

Life owes you. By realizing that life is essential and brief and that you shouldn’t waste even a snapshot of it since it’s so unreliable and could deduce in a second. What’s to come isn’t ensured, yet the current is in your grasp. Make the best use of your time.

Darwin was correct, so find the encouragement in your life by utilizing your time all the more profitably.
